A couple of notes for this episode :-
- 大福 (daifuku) is a Japanese confection consisting of a small round mochi stuffed with sweet filling, most commonly sweetened red bean paste. 豆大福 (mame daifuku) is a variation where soybeans or red beans are mixed in with the mochi.
- 千切り (sen-giri) literally means “a thousand cuts”. This is a technique of cutting items into very thin and long strips i.e. the julienne cut. Here when Saki says that he’s cutting the cabbage into 1/100 instead of 1/1000 strips, she means his strips are 10x thicker than what they should be XD
