I guess some of you are wondering about the status of “Fujoshi” as it’s been over two months since the first ep was released. I’ve received quite a number of messages and comments on this over the past few days, so I guess I should officially give an update here on the current ‘situation’.<\/p>\n
To be honest, it’s been quite frustrating for me as well, as I haven’t been able to get hold of Mae recently. In her last message to me about a month ago, she said she’s translated about 10 mins of ep2. But since then, she hasn’t responded to my messages or emails, and there are no other ways I can contact her…<\/p>\n
So I’ve decided that IF… she doesn’t respond by the time I’ve finished subbing either Watatei or Coffeevani which might be about 2 weeks later, I’ll be taking over the translations for Fujoshi from ep2 onwards. After considering various factors, this is the ‘deadline’ I’ve set which I hope is reasonable to all parties involved. Thanks once again for your patience and for reading this!<\/p>\n
P.S. I’m about to QC Watatei ep9 now, and hope to release it by tomorrow.<\/p>\n
Update (30 Aug, 2019):<\/strong><\/p>\n Mae has replied!!! She’s still keen on translating the series so we’ll continue as initially planned!
